Dr. Mike Cochran graduated on the Dean’s list with Magna Cum Laude Honors and Clinic Honors from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), a school renowned worldwide for its emphasis on furthering evidence-based therapy. Dr. Cochran also holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree from the University of New Brunswick, where he was on the Dean’s list in all four years he attended. He returned to school to graduate medical school at Dalhousie University and is currently completing his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the university of Ottawa.
Dr. Cochran has furthered his rigorous four year Chiropractic education by completing additional coursework including Active Release Technique®, Graston Technique, Contemporary Medical Acupuncture at McMaster University and received the designation of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He has a particular interest in diagnosing, treating and rehabilitating sport related injuries, work related injuries and repetitive strain injuries.
Dr. Cochran is an avid recreational athlete and fitness enthusiast with a particular interest in football, golf, and snowboarding. He has recently completed several long distance running events, including the Toronto Scotiabank and Bluenose half marathons. He has worked with competitive athletes in football, basketball, hockey, baseball, skiing/snowboarding, gymnastics and golf. He has provided medical coverage at sporting venues such as the Canada Winter Games, the Eastern Canadian Gymnastics Championships, Football Canada Cup, World Women’s Curling Championships and was the Chiropractic Lead for the 2013 Canadian Track and Field Championships in Moncton.

Dr. Matt Cochran graduated on the Dean’s list with Magna Cum Laude Honors and Clinic Honors from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2009. Dr. Matt has also recently completed his Masters degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of New Brunswick. He completed his training to become the only Sports Specialist Chiropractor registered with the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (Canada) currently practising in New Brunswick.
Dr. Matt also furthered his four year Chiropractic education by completing additional coursework including Active Release Technique®, Graston Technique, Contemporary Medical Acupuncture at McMaster University and received the designation of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He has also completed coursework in Kinesiotaping®, is a certified Complete Concussion Management (CCM) Practitioner and Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Instructor.
He has provided medical coverage at sporting venues such as the Canada Winter Games, Football Canada Cup, World Women’s Curling Championships, World Strongman semi-finals, CFL Touchdown Atlantic, World Junior Track and Field Championships and was the Chiropractic Lead for the 2014 Canadian Track and Field Championships in Moncton. He has been one of the lead therapists for the UNB Varsity Reds sports teams since 2009 and has been a part of 3 national championship victories with the UNB Varsity Reds Men’s Hockey team.
Dr. Matt performs assessments and therapy for not only back and neck conditions, but also specializes in assessing, treating and prescribing rehabilitation exercises for a wide range of conditions including: hip, knee, foot (Plantar fasciitis), shoulder, elbow (Tennis elbow) and wrist injuries; muscle strains; headaches; automotive, work place and sports injuries; as well as other repetitive injuries.
